SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates are calculated using a combination of the destination address (your address) and the weight of the shipment.

Confirmation emails will be sent when your shipment has been sent as well as when it has been delivered. The emails will contain tracking information so that you can track your shipment with the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you (or your dog) are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused portion in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
